Safety Manuals.  Due to the advances in technology, the theft of downloaded, emailed or CD safety manuals is extremely easy. For this reason, all Safety Manuals sales are final. No exchange, return, refund, or credit will be accepted.  If the third party reviewing your safety programs determines that any program is less than 100% passing, DigitalReg will make any and all required changes at no additional cost to you.
